This was taken at the same time as my previous post. This is how the Atlanta Police Department creates a high "quality of life" for the people of Atlanta. Thanks guys!

Same old story. However, this is some time after my council rep, Archibong, had gotten the police department to add "don't park in the bike lanes" to their briefing. I guess the novelty of that is gone.

Although the pictures aren't my best work, the bus is about 3/4 into the bike lane and diagonally parked (idling!) where our campus buses pull over to stop. In this busy area, someone that pulls over here causes the campus buses to pull next to them, and then impatient drivers move into oncoming traffic to get around the whole mess.

They're just not thinking very well about where to park. A classic case of OPW syndrome (Only Person in the World).

Nearly to class as I came on a Loomis truck, idling with hazard lights going. And we all know hazards are the universal nose upturned at all relevant traffic laws.

Friendly driver decided he didn't like me taking photos, and started honking at me, but no confrontation ensued.

Those wonderful professionals who violate the laws they get paid to enforce never disappoint.

Came across this on my way back home, sitting outside of the BME complex. The crates inside the truck say United States Postal Service, although the vehicle itself had no markings. The tag is government registered.

A classic, another car parked in front of the Twelve on 17th St. You can see all the engine drippings on the ground, as there is always some one parked here. Notice the several No Parking signs as well.

These guys weren't even loading or unloading - just parked & having lunch or something. Midtown Blue responded quickly and told them to move.

Get outta my new bike lane!

Everyone was honking as they swerved around this guy; when I asked him to move, he moved his car fully into the traffic lane (& out of the bike lane). I assume he pulled back to the curb after I left...

Out of state tags - not sure which state.

The first of 4 vehicles parked in this bike lane. Only a couple hours ago another cyclist had the police write someone a ticket outside these same shops. I also called the police, but didn't have time to wait until they came.

I told this guy I took a picture of his car because he was illegally stopped in a bike lane. He told me, while standing outside his car, that he was "not stopped."

This is one of the widest bike lanes in the city. Sadly, that makes it a popular parking spot.

Someone decided the bike lane would be a nice place to view the Atlanta skyline.
