A classic, another car parked in front of the Twelve on 17th St. You can see all the engine drippings on the ground, as there is always some one parked here. Notice the several No Parking signs as well.

check out the look on her face . . . "ugh . . . one of those bikers!" Looks like you could use some quality time with a bike, my dear.

Unless the sign says no stopping or no standing, they are ok to stop there to drop someone off. The driver's apparently still in the car because I see a head and see the brake lights are lit.
Her face is probably like that because the cyclist yelled at her while taking the picture. Cyclists can be some real drama queens as anyone can see from comments posted on here.
If some car drivers seem either disrespectful or not to care it's probably because every cyclist they've seen on the road is running stop signs or red lights and not stopping for pedestrians in crosswalks.
